Our Mission
The Southwest Hub aims to cultivate a collaborative community of bat biologists, federal, state, and local land managers, conservationists, Tribes, policy-makers, educators, and private landowners. The primary mission of the hub is to facilitate the implementation of the NABat program in Arizona and New Mexico by supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of bat data and information. We work closely with stakeholders to ensure our program meets the needs of the broad community.
BE A HUB PARTNER!
The Southwest Hub is a recently established effort and ultimately exists to meet your needs. Help us shape the hub and build a sustainable future where everyone feels welcome to participate and contribute. There can be many ways to be involved beyond data collection including grant writing, restoration efforts, engagement, and implementation of community science approaches to bat conservation.
